At William Powell, we take pride in the quality of our country attire and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not perfectly suited, you may return them in their original condition within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Complete the Returns Form

  Locate the returns form included in your original parcel and indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund for each item.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Attach the provided pre-paid return label to the outside of your package, making sure to cover or remove the original delivery barcode.

• 4.
  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Take your package to any authorized Post Office or courier drop-off point and retain your proof of postage until your refund is processed.
